PRIVACY

What we hold, why, and how to make us stop.

Who is behind this site

Hammadou Monoja operates as an independent systems architect based in Lisbon, Portugal. The contact address for anything on this page is info@monoja.org. Data requests go to the same address and are answered by a person, not a ticketing system.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the audit form, the operations scorecard, or the export request, we keep what you type: your name, email, business name, which software you use, and the message itself.
  • What we read publicly. If we contact a business, we use business contact details that are already public — the phone number and website listed on the business's own Google Maps listing and website. We do not collect personal data beyond that.
  • What the site records. Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page), and a cookie-based analytics identifier for our own site traffic. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a feasibility read on one month of your own export. This is the reason you gave us the data.
  • To contact you once, about work that is relevant to the business you run, where we found your public business contact details. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  • We do not sell data, rent lists, or pass details to advertisers. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and their answers: 24 months, then deleted. Outreach contacts that do not reply: 12 months, then deleted. If you ask us to delete something earlier, we do it within five working days.

How to opt out

Reply to any message with “stop” or “opt out”, or email info@monoja.org with the subject “Opt out”. We remove you from the contact list and confirm within five working days. No explanation needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or you can object to outreach based on legitimate interest. Write to info@monoja.org and we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Who processes it for us

Hosting and site delivery: Vercel (Ireland/EU). Forms: Tally (EU). CRM records and site analytics: HubSpot (EU). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement, for the purposes described above and nothing else.
