BSport revenue events, mapped line by line
Subscriptions
Recurring subscription collections post to Moloni as invoice receipts for the gross amount paid, per location, on the member record confirmed by the NIF check.
Passes and credit packs
Pass purchases are documented at purchase as their own revenue line, with the VAT rate your accountant confirms for that line.
Single classes and events
Drop ins, workshops and event tickets carry their own mapping. A workshop is not forced into the same tax line as a monthly subscription.
Guests without a Portuguese NIF
Visiting clients are documented under Consumidor Final, number 999999990, with country attribution, under the treatment your accountant signs off before go live.
The same discipline as the production pair
Refunds
A refund raises a credit note in Moloni against the original document, in the same location series. The original is never edited or deleted.
Cancellations and no shows
An unpaid cancellation documents nothing. A paid booking that is not used is revenue and is documented. Documents follow money.
Failed payments
A failed collection raises no document. When the payment later succeeds, it is documented once, because each Moloni document carries the reference of the BSport charge behind it.
Several locations
Each location keeps its own document series in Moloni and its own section in the close pack. A member who trains at two locations never mixes the numbering of either.
What your accountant receives
One close pack for the whole business: documents and credit notes per location, the exception list with reasons, and the reconciliation between BSport charges and Moloni documents, with payment provider fees as their own line so documents stay gross. The SAF-T (PT) export comes out of Moloni, built from checked documents.
